To help needy children in Ethiopia and outside of Ethiopia, a ministry called Galilee Aid Ministry has been established in Milwaukee WI USA. This idea was proposed by the family member of Medhanialem Church in Milwaukee, WI, who has passion and responsibility to help others according to the Word of God Mathew 25: 35-
Even though this Ministry's aid program is primarily launched for the City of Ginchi , the Ministry will have plans to expand the program in Ethiopia and other countries as conditions become favorable and affordable.
The Ministry shall form a committee that will run the aid program in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in close cooperation with Churches, with directives given by its head office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
For the activities or events to be undertaken in the United States and elsewhere, the Ministry shall have a Board, with a wide range of authority and responsibility. The board shall have five elected members, from whom, the chairman of the board, the secretary and the treasurer in addition two other members will be elected by the Board to serve as advisors.
VISION
To give basic assistance for needy children to enable them to pursue education and learn the Word of God.

Income of the Ministry to run its aid program comes from interested individuals, organizations and churches as well as from fund-
These children should not always be dependent on aid. It is necessary their parents or guardians should participate in self-
MISSION
Is to provide needy children with food, clothing and school supplies; to give them opportunity to get education while they are living with their parents or guardians.
Galilee Aid Ministry for Needy Children will try to expand similar programs in Ethiopia and other countries in cooperation with individuals and organizations that have good will and interest in this respect.
GOAL
The goal of the aid program of the Ministry is to help the children until they complete their high school or equivalent education
The Ministry shall have a board that will have five members. The board members will run the Ministry Program jointly. From among members, 3 members will be elected to serve as:
Chairman of the Board
Secretary
Treasurer
Job Descriptions
The Chairman of the Board:
Shall call meetings of the Board as needed
Shall implement the decisions of the Board
Shall approve the spending of money in accordance with the board’s decisions.
Shall sign any payment documents with the treasurer.
Shall plan self-
The Secretary:
Shall prepare agenda for the Board meeting.
Shall take minutes of the Board meetings
Shall record the names of children supported and their parents or guardians
Shall do correspondence and documentation for the Ministry.
Shall take the role of the Chairman when the Chairman is absent
Treasurer:
Shall deposit all money incomes in the Ministry's bank account.
Shall record the income and expenditure of the Ministry.
Shall sign any payment documents with the chairman of the Board
Shall prepare annual report on activities and financial transactions of the Ministry.
Shall receive material support, and convert this into money as much as possible, or distribute it when the situation warrants in accordance with the Board's decisions.
Board Members
Shall be in charge of all activities of the Ministry and of determining the policies and guidelines of this management in general.
Shall make necessary plans and arrangements to contact interested individuals, organizations and churches in all possible means, including mass media to get assistance or to do social events for fund-
